Case Management

Our case management services ensure that each client receives coordinated care tailored to their needs. Case managers help clients navigate recovery resources, develop life plans, and access services like employment assistance, housing support, and healthcare. By addressing the broader social determinants of health, we empower clients to achieve stability and independence.

Group Counseling

Group counseling provides a supportive environment where clients can share their experiences and learn from others. These sessions focus on building communication skills, exploring interpersonal relationships, and developing coping strategies. Group dynamics foster a sense of community, helping clients feel less isolated on their recovery journey.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors associated with substance use. By developing healthier thinking patterns, clients gain the tools needed to manage stress, cope with triggers, and reduce the risk of relapse. CBT is a core component of our evidence-based approach to treatment.

Patient-Centered Care

We believe in treating each client as an individual. Our patient-centered care approach ensures that treatment plans are tailored to each person’s unique needs, preferences, and goals. Clients are active participants in their recovery journey, empowering them to take ownership of their health and well-being.

Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative counseling method that helps clients resolve ambivalence about change. Our counselors use MI to enhance motivation, build confidence, and support clients in taking steps toward recovery. This non-confrontational approach respects each client’s autonomy and readiness for change.

Individual Counseling

One-on-one counseling sessions provide a safe space for clients to explore personal challenges and develop personalized strategies for recovery. Our counselors address underlying issues, such as trauma, anxiety, and depression, that may contribute to substance use. Individual counseling helps clients build self-awareness, resilience, and coping skills.
